Glenn McQueenie is the CEO and Founder of Keller Williams Referred Urban, as well as the Operating Principal of KW London Lifestyles Realty, Co-founder of Keller Williams Romania, and Touch 33 Marketing Ltd. With over 36 years of experience as a licensed realtor, he has been a driving force behind the growth and expansion of Keller Williams in Canada and internationally.

Starting in 1989 with a small independent company, Glenn then spent 12 years at Re/Max before opening the first Keller Williams office in Southern Ontario and the second office in Canada. Under his leadership, the brokerage has grown to over 425 Realtors and 25 employees across four offices. Our Toronto office is ranked #26 out of 4,000 brokerages in the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, placing it in the top 1% in Canada.

Jaime has spent over 25 years in the real estate industry, joining the Keller Williams Organization in 2005. She is responsible for day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Jaime’s passion is building self-directed teams that cultivate teamwork and engagement between staff and agents alike, as well as teaching, coaching and mentoring agents, and their teams to create business practises that support a career worth having and life worth living.

Career

Having used many of the incredible tools, course offerings, and resources provided at Keller Williams, Jaime is excited to watch agents get into production, and build their business as a result of using the KW systems.

Leadership started early for Jaime and building these skills has allowed her the opportunity to provide private consulting for organizations within and outside of the real estate industry, training in many areas like operations management, business organization, hiring/staffing and leadership.

As a past volunteer for the Professional Standards Panel at Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Ken is passionate about upholding ethical business practices in our industry. In addition, serving as the president of two separate condominium boards, Ken has gained invaluable behind-the-scenes knowledge on how condos should properly run.

All that he learns is always passed on to the agents he supports.

A proud East Coaster from Quispamsis, NB, Michelle Brewer has been an integral part of Keller Williams Referred Urban Realty for the past 13 years. What began as a part-time role has evolved into a full-time career as the Market Centre Administrator for two KW offices under our leadership.

Michelle oversees office finances and leads our Deal Team, ensuring smooth operations with her signature mix of efficiency, dedication, and a coffee in hand. Known as the office’s resident musical theatre enthusiast, you’ll often find her working to the sound of a Broadway soundtrack.

Her commitment to excellence and KW’s culture was recently recognized when she received the 2024 MCA Cultural Award from Keller Williams Canada, a testament to her leadership and impact within the organization.

Now, in our KW Commercial division, Michelle plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our back-end operations, financial systems, and agent support structure are on par with our vision . She is instrumental in implementing seamless transaction management systems, ensuring smooth financial operations to create a top-tier commercial brokerage experience.

Her expertise in operations, deal management is our driving force behind our mission, providing the agents with the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive in our division.
